I TRULY cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible drivers at Comfort Life Transportation! My dear mom is currently recovering from two broken hips and is mostly confined to a wheelchair during her healing. Discovering Comfort Life was a godsend! I’ve been able to take mom on family outings and important engagements without the worry of transitioning her out of her chair into a vehicle. Where most wheelchair transport services ONLY provide rides to medical appointments, Comfort Life takes riders and companions to social outings, recognizing the importance of being with loved ones and enjoying special occasions.

Comfort Life vans are clean and safe, and bottled water is even provided to riders. Drivers are SO kind and respectful, and punctual as well. I cannot recommend them enough!

We had the pleasure of being transported by Russell who gave our son the utmost in care and attention while transporting us for 2 days back and forth to the hospital.  His driving is with the best care and attention.  Russell is a very kind, respectful,  and gentle soul.  We are very grateful for his excellent service. Consistency. I used Comfort Life Transportation again today and see that they are consistently good – or great. They are so good, so white glove, so good for transportation after anesthesia, and so essential to the care of our elderly and special needs family members, that I wanted to update my review. I mentioned in my first review that I cared for my mom as Alzheimer’s took her. I do wish I had had a resource like Comfort Life for her. In today’s example, I took an Uber to the hospital, and Comfort Life from the hospital. But why? I should have just worked with Comfort Life on both directions. The investment difference was not that great, and it would have been well worth it. I’m not elderly and just had the medical escort situation to handle. But they made it easy. And they are safe and the kind of people I would have wanted driving my mom – with or without me in the vehicle. I would have benefitted greatly from having them pick my mom up from assisted living and transport her to/from appointments. In summary, this company provides quality care for a very reasonable investment.

To say a company is special is unusual, but this one is an exception. Comfort Life Transportation uses its small size and capable team to deliver the most caring and thoughtful white glove experience possible. I was recently in Boston for a medical procedure that afterward required me to find medical transportation back to my hotel. I was in a strange city and a somewhat precarious situation. Things could not have gone better. The owner of Comfort Life checked on me personally and kept tabs on whether or not my situation was changing; that was a possibility. Although I was willing to wait around because of the potentially changing situation, I did not have to. They made sure that someone was present when I was brought down to the departure area. What they did for me was a one time event, in smaller in the scale of things. One trip after a procedure. The reason I'm writing this review is because I was once the daughter of a mom with Alzheimer's. And I needed back up that I didn't always have. I wish I had had a company like Comfort Life Transportation behind me to help me care for my mom as I worked to keep us both going. When you need a company you can rely on, this is them. I had an exception experience using Comfort Life Transportation to get my client to a doctor's appointment at Newtown Wellesley Hospital.
20 minutes before pick up time, the chair lift at my clients house decided it was going to sh!t the bed. Thank goodness for Graham being kind enough to help us get this 82 year old man safely down the stairs! The ride was smooth, and communication for pick up after the appointment was a breeze. Yes, they support medical appointments.  But what they do – and what they can give – is so much more.  They have helped give my father a new lease on life, enabling him to get out for family and cultural events in a way that he couldn’t before. Comfort Life was incredibly helpful to me and my family. My dad, mom, and brother needed to be picked up at Logan Airport after my dad experienced a heart attack while on vacation in Florida. The process of helping with his recovery was extremely stressful, and when it came time to schedule transportation from Logan to his rehab facility in Massachusetts, we were worried that it would be difficult to find a company that would help us. My dad was using a wheelchair and we knew we needed extra help. Comfort Life responded promptly (within a few hours!) to our request and scheduled us for transport with only a few days notice from us of when we needed it. They were flexible with us about the time of pickup due to the flight, and treated us professionally and with kindness. Graham was very responsive and timely with me via email while setting everything up, and also was very kind which was much appreciated. Russell, the driver, arrived on time (even a little bit early!) to the airport for pick up and helped my family and especially my dad very well. He drove carefully and safely and got my dad to the rehab facility in record time. The entire process was smooth and alleviated a lot of stress for my family, and was the most affordable transport company we heard back from.
