Medical Transportation
Services We Offer
Comfort Life Transportation provides safe, reliable, and compassionate non-emergency medical transportation across Massachusetts. Every service includes door-to-door assistance, a licensed background-checked driver, and one companion riding free.
All Medical Transportation Services
We offer six core services designed to cover every non-emergency medical transportation need in Massachusetts — from a short local ride to a specialist appointment, to a long-distance transport across state lines. Every service is available 7 days a week, includes door-to-door assistance, and comes with a transparent, no-surprise quote before you commit.
Not sure which service is right for you? Call us at (857) 777-9000 and we will help you find the right option. If you can walk independently or with a cane, ambulatory transport is usually the right fit. If you use a wheelchair or power chair, our wheelchair van service is purpose-built for you.
Our most requested service — ADA-compliant wheelchair van transportation for patients who use a manual wheelchair, power chair, or motorized scooter. Every vehicle is equipped with a hydraulic power lift or ramp, certified tie-downs, and a trained driver who assists you from your front door to your destination and back.
We transport wheelchair users to all major Boston-area hospitals including MGH, Brigham and Women's, Beth Israel Deaconess, Dana-Farber, and Spaulding Rehabilitation. We also serve local clinics, specialist offices, dialysis centers, and assisted living facilities across 50+ Massachusetts cities.
For patients who can walk independently or with the help of a cane, walker, or crutches. Our ambulatory service provides a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle with a driver who assists you at every step — from your front door to the vehicle, and from the vehicle to your appointment entrance.
Unlike rideshare services, our drivers are trained in patient assistance, wait at your appointment, and bring you safely home. If you're recovering from surgery and need weekly rides to physical therapy, or need recurring transport for any ongoing medical treatment, ambulatory transport is usually the most cost-effective option.
Designed specifically for elderly patients who need an extra level of care, patience, and assistance. Our senior transportation service is never rushed — we understand that getting into and out of a vehicle, navigating a clinic, and managing mobility devices takes time, and we plan every trip accordingly.
Many of our most heartfelt reviews come from adult children arranging transportation for an aging parent. We treat every senior passenger the way we would treat our own family — with genuine dignity, patience, and warmth. We serve all cities across Massachusetts including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and memory care centers.
When your medical appointment or treatment facility is far from home, Comfort Life Transportation can get you there safely and comfortably. We provide long-distance non-emergency medical transport across Massachusetts and to neighboring states including Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Maine.
Whether you need a wheelchair van or an ambulatory vehicle for a long-distance trip, we provide the same door-to-door care and driver assistance as any local ride. Long-distance trips are priced by route — call us for a free exact quote. We also offer Boston hospital transport from anywhere in Massachusetts.
Boston is home to some of the world's most acclaimed medical institutions — and getting there reliably matters. We transport patients from all over Massachusetts to Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women's, Beth Israel Deaconess, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston Children's, Spaulding Rehabilitation, and more.
Our drivers know the accessible entrances, drop-off zones, and parking logistics at every major Boston hospital — so you don't have to figure it out while managing a medical appointment. We offer both wheelchair van transport and ambulatory transport to all Boston hospitals. We also cover the Longwood Medical Area and Charlestown hospital campuses.
